My name is David, I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) who specialises in anxiety disorders.

If you notice you you feel anxious, on edge all the time and struggle with excessive worry then I am the therapist for you. I aim to help you understand what is the cause of your anxiety, and then most importantly, teach you how to break out of it. It doesn't matter how long you have had this anxiety or how severe it seems. Help is available.

  • I am a BABCP accredited CBT therapist. Being an accredited therapist means I must demonstrate that I meet high standards of training and experience in CBT. I also commit to maintaining high standards of clinical practice, clinical supervision and continuing professional development. Accredited members are audited to ensure that they continue to meet these expectations.
